Job summary

GI Group are recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for a leading parcel delivery network in Newcastle (NE37).

Shifts run 1300-2030, Monday to Friday, averaging 12 hours. Pay £20.34 per hour with overtime at £25.25 after 8 hours; Saturday £23.52, Sunday £26.25. Rates include holiday pay. Requirements include a valid Tachograph and CPC, 12 months driving experience, presentable appearance, and no more than 6 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver.
• Valid Tachograph & CPC.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no DD/IN/DR/DN/TT endorsements.

HGV Class 1 Driver main duties will include:

HGV Class 1 Driver requirements:

• A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• Hold a valid, in date Tachograph & CPC
• Must have at least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver
