Key duties include greeting customers, managing check-ins, advising on repairs, preparing estimates and timescales, upselling services, preparing invoices, processing payments, and supporting the Aftersales team to hit

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
• Strong knowledge of automotive aftersales processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organisational and administrative competence
• Confidence in using computer systems
• Professional and motivated approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full clean driving licence

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing customer bookings and vehicle check-in at the workshop
• Advising customers on necessary repairs and recommended services
• Preparing cost estimates and timescales for repairs
• Upselling additional services via vehicle health checks
• Preparing invoices and explaining completed work to customers
• Processing customer payments
• Quotations and sales of service plans
• Completing vehicle handovers and performing follow-up customer contact
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supporting the wider Aftersales team as required
• Working towards departmental targets and deadlines to ensure operational efficiency

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional who can deliver excellent customer service and support the automotive aftersales process effectively.

• Up to £37,000 salary including bonus

• Monday to Friday shifts, starting at 10:00am or 12:00pm, finishing at 6:00pm
