Nottinghamshire County Council is recruiting two permanent reablement support workers for the Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START). Roles cover Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe, providing short-term support to adults in their own homes to rebuild confidence and independent living.

The service runs 365 days a year, 7am to 10pm, on a rolling four-on, four-off shift pattern including weekends and split shifts.

Qualificações

• Full driving licence required.
• Access to a car with mileage paid.

Responsabilidades

• Provide short-term reablement support to adults in their own homes.
• Help adults increase confidence and independence to live at home.
• Work alone and as part of a team.
• Work across days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and split shifts.
