Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council’s START team provides short-term support to people living in their own homes. The position spans Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe and operates on a 4 days on/4 days off rolling shift, including weekends and bank holidays.

Hybrid working is available with enhancements, mileage payments and a comprehensive induction. A full driving licence is required to access mileage payments and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care desirable but not essential; full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to increase confidence and independence at home.
• Work across Broxtowe, Gedling & Rushcliffe with flexible shifts.
