Altogether Care is looking for Reablement Workers to support clients in their own homes around the Holsworthy area in North Devon. Whether you are new to social care or an experienced professional, you will help clients regain independence, confidence, and control over daily life.

You’ll join a friendly, family-run team with full training, induction, and opportunities for career development. This role offers varied shifts, including mornings/evenings and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
• Experience in reablement work is welcomed but training provided.

Responsibilities

• As a Reablement Worker, you'll help people regain independence and confidence in daily living.
• You'll work in clients' homes, empowering them to make choices and set personal goals.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support home care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using the mobile care app and ensure timely updates.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and respond in line with policies and procedures.
