Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers across North Devon, based in South Molton. You will support clients in their homes, helping them regain independence, confidence and control, with a focus on enabling rather than doing for them.

If you're energetic and compassionate, full training is provided. The role includes mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, a competitive hourly rate of £13.80–£14.30, a permanent contract, and opportunities for development within our family-run care team.

Qualifications

• Caring, proactive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in reablement work or care is welcome but full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help clients regain independence and confidence in daily living in their own homes.
• Work closely with clients, families and other professionals to deliver person-centred care.
• Set meaningful goals with clients and support them to achieve them.
• Maintain accurate records and update notes via the mobile care app.
• Follow safeguarding policies and ensure safe, compassionate care.
