Qualifications

• Experience as an RGN, Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to assess risk and create effective care plans.
• Experience working with children and young people in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct urgent mental health assessments for young individuals in crisis.
• Assess psychosocial needs and create care plans.
• Act as shift lead and manage team responses.
