We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Rapid Response Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Wetherby area.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Rapid Response Care Workers to join our dynamic complex care team. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with nurse-led clients. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care to clients with complex health needs.

Shifts include
  • Guaranteed 36 hour contract
  • Rota provided at least 2 weeks in advance
  • 8/12 hour shifts covering either days/ nights with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
