Job summary

Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture is recruiting a Rail Systems Lead Design Manager to join the HS2 Track infrastructure project at the design phase. You will coordinate interfaces between track systems, main works contractors, design partners and alliance members to drive integrated design delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in rail systems design, integration, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with alliance delivery environments and large-scale rail programmes.
• Knowledge of design management processes, interfaces, and safety assurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical interfaces between Track systems, Main Works Contractors and Alliance members.
• Lead spatial coordination of rail systems designs and manage design clashes.
• Facilitate design coordination meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Monitor design progress and ensure delivery aligns with client requirements and milestones.
• Coordinate and promote Health and Safety in Design principles across all disciplines.
