Job summary

Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture is seeking a Rail Systems Lead Design Manager to join the HS2 track infrastructure design phase. You will lead systems integration, design management, and spatial coordination across multiple partners to ensure delivery on time and to client requirements.

You will chair design coordination meetings, drive safety and technical assurance, and coordinate with alliance members, main works contractors, and design partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive rail systems design, integration, and coordination experience.
• Experience with large-scale rail infrastructure programs and alliance delivery.
• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Chartered Engineer status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between track systems, main works contractors, and design partners.
• Lead spatial coordination and resolve design clashes to keep progress on track.
• Chair coordination meetings and monitor progress against client requirements.
