Job summary

Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture seeks a Rail Systems Lead Design Manager for the HS2 Track infrastructure project. The role will oversee systems integration, design management, and cross-disciplinary coordination from London or Birmingham offices.

You will lead design partners, ensure design assurance, and manage safety and CDM processes, engaging with stakeholders to deliver on schedule and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in rail systems design, integration and coordination.
• Experience in contractor-led, design and build or alliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical interfaces between Track systems and alliance members.
• Lead spatial coordination of rail systems designs and manage design clashes.
• Coordinate and monitor design progress to meet client requirements and milestones.
• Promote Health and Safety in Design across disciplines.
