Siemens Mobility UKI is hiring multiple Quantity Surveyors to support major rail and infrastructure programmes across the UK. The roles require hybrid working with at least three days in the office and travel to customer sites across the region.

You will manage change control, provide commercial interface for work packages, forecast costs and monitor budgets, while collaborating with clients, subcontractors, project teams and finance.

Competenze

• Experience in rail or similar project-based industries.
• Professional membership (RICS/CICES) encouraged.
• Ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Mansioni

• Lead change control and cost forecasting for work packages.
• Provide commercial interface for responsible packages and contracts.
• Support project teams with contract administration and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
