Job summary

Rimkus Project Services UK is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team delivering commercial services for infrastructure and related projects across the UK. You will work with project delivery teams to provide contract advisory, cost control and financial reporting throughout pre- and post-contract phases.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on site or at client offices and 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience for Intermediate level; 5 years for Quantity Surveyor level.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, nuclear, oil and gas or similar projects and administering NEC3/4 contracts.
• Desirable to be enrolled on a pathway to Chartered membership (RICS) and experience with contract management systems such as CEMAR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents and support their execution.
• Analyse tender returns and documents for commercial viability.
• Provide pre- and post-contract commercial support and contract administration.
• Forecast costs and manage change, variations and value.
• Review interim payments and assist with final accounts and reporting.
