Job summary

Siemens Mobility is hiring Quantity Surveyors across the UK to support major rail and infrastructure programmes. Roles require hybrid working with at least three days in the office, and involvement with high-profile projects alongside HS2, Network Rail and Transport for London.

You will manage change control and commercial interfaces, provide financial forecasting and cost management, and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver value in a dynamic railway environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail, engineering or similar project-based industry.
• Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Desire to pursue professional membership such as RICS or CICES.
• Experience collaboratively managing multiple stakeholders across project departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial interface for responsible work packages.
• Support project teams with contractual and commercial activities.
• Manage work package cost forecasting, budgeting and control.
• Contribute to internal/external commercial reports and records.
