Siemens Mobility invites applications for Quantity Surveyor roles across multiple locations in the UK, including Manchester. The role focuses on commercial and contractual management within rail infrastructure projects, requiring hybrid working with three days per week in the office.

The successful candidate will support HS2, Network Rail and other major schemes while developing in a global mobility leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail/engineering/construction/project environments.
• Experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage change control and cost forecasting for work packages.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to the Project team.
• Act as the commercial interface for work packages with stakeholders.
• Forecast, monitor and control costs for work packages.
• Identify risks and opportunities and report them.
• Maintain auditable records in line with contract requirements.
• Collaborate across clients, subcontractors, project management, engineering and finance.
