Job summary

Cedar Recruitment is seeking proactive Quantity Surveyors for a hybrid role in London, combining 3 days in the office with 2 days remote work. You will contribute to high‑impact infrastructure programmes across rail, power, roads and urban development, taking ownership of commercial management and NEC contract administration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on infrastructure projects.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks on multi-disciplinary programs.
• Deliver cost control and commercial reporting across projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Work on-site and in London office 3 days per week.
