Job summary

APCOA Parking UK is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the Rail Parking operations across multiple sites in the South East, including South London, Surrey, East and West Sussex, with travel between locations on a rail pass and company vehicle.

As a visible leader, you will coach Civil Enforcement Officers, manage rosters and leave, ensure safety and top service standards, and partner with Contract and Operations Managers to drive improvements and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader or Assistant management role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and performance of defined sites.
• Coach and develop Civil Enforcement Officers.
• Plan people, rosters and annual leave.
• Onboard new colleagues and provide training support.
• Conduct site visits to maintain service standards.
• Resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure safe, professional services in line with standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain records.
