Job summary

APCOA Parking UK in Stevenage is seeking a Civil Enforcement Supervisor to oversee a team of Enforcement Officers, ensuring parking regulations are followed on streets and in car parks, and keeping traffic moving safely.

The role is 42.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a salary of £34,169.42 per annum. Applicants should have supervisory experience, a Full UK driving licence, and knowledge of parking legislation.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in a managing role in parking or customer services.
• Ability to supervise and motivate large teams.
• Familiarity with UK parking legislation such as the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all known policies are followed and set a good example.
• Deploy the correct number of Civil Enforcement Officers as per service levels.
• Manage and progress requests for actions and contract requirements.
• Supervise and direct staff according to contract.
• Train staff in Health and Safety and job responsibilities.
• Maintain attendance levels and communicate across the contract.
• Prepare performance reports for contract management.
• Attend training and ensure contract standards and quality.
