Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part time Radiology Bookings Officer to manage outpatient bookings and provide front-line reception support within the Radiology Department.

The role involves coordinating appointments across Trust sites, handling calls and emails, liaising with clinical teams and stakeholders, and helping the service meet performance targets while delivering a patient-centred experience.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate patient appointments across multiple Trust sites.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Liaise with patients, clinical teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support department to meet key performance and service targets.
• Provide a welcoming and professional service to patients and visitors.
• Cover Radiology reception areas when required.
