Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH) is seeking a Clinical Receptionist & Booking Clerk (Band 2) in Radiology to support patient flow and booking across Medical Imaging. The role is full-time at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

Qualifications

• Previous office/clerical work
• Experience of working in a Hospital
• Knowledge of the Patient Administration System
• Experience of working unsupervised

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/reception service to facilitate the patient pathway
• Work flexibly across services to provide a booking service and process clinic changes
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical admin teams and follow SOPs
• Ensure accurate data recording using PAS, E-referral and other systems and book events in line with waiting time targets
