Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Radiology Receptionist to join the Radiology Department at Wexham Park Hospital and our satellite sites. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly patient care and handling a high-volume reception environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and data entry using EPIC and ICE systems.

Formación

• Friendly, approachable and patient-focused.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems; full training on EPIC and ICE provided.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Coordinating patient appointments and supporting patient flow throughout the department.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and performing data entry using the EPIC and ICE systems.
• Providing administrative support to the wider Radiology team.
• Contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the department.
• Inputting patient details accurately into Radiology Information System EPIC.
• Dealing with telephone enquiries from the public in a discreet manner with empathy and sensitivity.
• Liaising with GP practices, hospital staff and other agencies; passing information to staff as appropriate.
• Covering across departments at ad hoc sites to support operational needs.
