UHDB NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive, organised receptionist to support patient scheduling and reception within the Imaging Business Unit. The role covers two acute hospitals and seven community sites, enabling efficient clinical pathways across X‑ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI and more.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and IT skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to a rota including evenings or weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in busy customer‑focussed environment or care setting.
• Proficient with IT systems and appointment scheduling.
• English Language and Mathematics at GCSE level.

Aufgaben

• Reception duties and administration for scheduling patients.
• Liaise with colleagues and patients to ensure smooth flow of appointments.
• Work across UHDB imaging services at Royal Derby and Burton sites.
