Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is recruiting a part-time Radiology Department Receptionist to provide an effective service for all patients referred to the Radiology Department. The successful candidate must be flexible, forward thinking and proactive and require a commitment to high quality patient care.

The role involves working across County Hospital and the Community Diagnostic Centre, handling patient registrations on CRIS, assisting with office protocols, and performing clerical duties to ensure

Responsibilities

• Promote a smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
• Provide Reception cover across County Hospital and Community Diagnostic Centre.
• Register patient Attendances and appointment information onto CRIS and other IT systems.
• Assist Radiology Admin Manager with reviewing office protocols and guidelines.
• Perform clerical duties to progress results and patients through the department.
