Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large teams in network optimisation or planning.
• Strong background in mobile network operations within a telecoms operator or vendor.
• Deep technical understanding of Ericsson radio networks, including RAN equipment and performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of SON and AI-driven optimisation.
• Track record of delivering improvements across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 28 radio engineers to drive network improvements.
• Enhance coverage, speed, and reliability for customers.
• Manage demand analysis and capacity planning activities.
• Oversee network configuration and optimisation initiatives.
• Deliver upgrades and new infrastructure.
• Support VIP customers and manage city performance.
