Role and Location

Join our R&D Team as a Project Coordinator on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract. This role is based at our UK R&D Facility in Folkestone, Kent.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Support project planning, track progress, prepare reports, and facilitate communication across teams.
• R&D Support: Assist with tests, trials, and factory support for packaging and process development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings and ensure alignment between technical teams and project goals.

Education & Experience

• Internship or 1–2 years in a project support or coordination role.
• Exposure to FMCG product or packaging development processes.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and influencing skills who can lead cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. You should be self-motivated, with the ability to plan ahead, use initiative, and solve problems proactively. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft software, are essential, as is the ability to present information effectively. A flexible attitude towards work hours and the ability to travel when needed, both within the UK and within Europe, will be necessary to liaise with our global teams.

This role works Monday – Friday, 39-hours per week.
