• Full Driver's Licence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend precontract meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Establish valuation dates and communicate cash flow forecasts.
• Generate and raise project invoices.
• Attend progress meetings to provide updates.
• Price variations accurately and document properly.
• Monitor job costs using bespoke software.
