Job summary

Barratt Redrow plc is seeking a commercially minded professional to manage site costs and valuations. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, you will control budgets, update forecasts, and ensure adherence to group policies.

You will compile reports, support tendering, and lead value engineering efforts to secure best value while maintaining schedule and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified to HND level or higher with a valid CSCS card.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail for budgets and valuations.
• Experience with cost control and reporting to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost control procedures and update estimated final costs.
• Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Value engineer all trades to deliver best value within budget.
