Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a proactive Commercial professional to manage site costs, budgeting and valuations. You will oversee subcontractor procurement, manage variations, and ensure adherence to NHBC and building regulations. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.

Your role involves value engineering, reporting, and maintaining cost controls to deliver high-quality homes at the best value, in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified to HND level or higher with a valid CSCS card.
• Must have a full understanding of current market conditions and rates.
• Must be able to control cost to complete on all trades and on all provisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs for a site and ensure targets are met through budgeting and valuations.
• Value engineer all trades to achieve best value.
• Prepare tenders and procure sub-contractors, goods and materials.
• Compile subcontractor recommendations and process orders/variations.
• Analyse and report costs and cash flow using group systems.
