Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead

Location : Office based in Uxbridge (UK-based, with potential for international project support)

Salary : Competitive depending on experience + benefits

Contract : Full Time, Permanent

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead is accountable for the commercial delivery of multiple access and scaffolding projects across the UK.

This is a high-impact role that combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, enabling the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
