  • Proven experience in a similar role within industrial or construction sectors.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support a site-based commercial team across MSIP & E&I contracts.
  • Prepare and manage cost reports, CVRs, and financial forecasts.
  • Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and final account settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial governance.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project cash flow.
  • Contribute to month-end reporting and performance analysis.

Quantity Surveyor - Industrial Projects

Location: Hull

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days WFH)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's team and work on high-value industrial projects across the North East. You'll take ownership of commercial and contractual responsibilities, ensuring projects run smoothly, costs are controlled, and compliance is maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a site-based commercial team across MSIP & E&I contracts

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar role within industrial or construction sectors

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership desirable)

  • Excellent numerical and communication skills
