Job description

A close-knit, senior team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers is looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor to join their forward-thinking consultancy. Led by an RICS Fellow and APC Assessor, this fully remote firm blends freedom with genuine support.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The team may not have an office but meet every two weeks in London for project catchups and work closely together day-to-day thanks to ongoing project overlap. You'll always be paired with another team member, ensuring that the remote setup never feels isolating-collaboration and support are very much part of the culture.

They work across healthcare, luxury residential, education, commercial fit outs, and a rapidly growing retail client with stores across the US. The team have recently flown out to San Francisco and LA-ideal if you're curious about international projects and open to occasional travel.

This is a fantastic role for a personable, proactive Quantity Surveyor who values flexibility, mental wellbeing, and being part of a genuinely supportive team.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Positive, confident mindset
• Comfortable & confident talking with clients
• Good organisation
• The desire to travel / work remotely within a supportive, friendly firm
