Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a leading tier one contractor with a strong pipeline of social housing refurbishment projects? The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple planned works schemes across London. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably, compliantly, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the commercial delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Cost control, forecasting, and budget management across multiple workstreams
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms, commercial processes, and client expectations
• Supporting commercial strategy and contributing to long‑term relationships with key clients
