  • BSc or similar in Quantity Surveying
  • Graduate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or similar).
  • 5 years minimum work experience within the Highways sector.
  • NEC Contract Management experience (assessment of Compensation Events, Applications for Payment and Defined Cost).
  • Experience in Risk Reduction meetings and Pre-Certification Meetings with the contractor.
  • Experience in monthly forecasting.
  • Familiar with the MCHW – Method of Measurement for Highway Works.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and perform on-site inspections.
  • Diligent, proactive with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and practical approach to problem solving.
  • Familiarity and competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Full UK/EU Driving Licence.
  • Experienced in using CEMARor Asite
