Job summary

A growing specialist M&E company offers an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from home. Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist M&E company who are looking to appointment a Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional company in a purely work from home role within reasonable travelling distance of Nottingham.

The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Managing all commercial aspects of projects
• Providing contractual advice to the wider business and installation teams
• Preparing and submitting payment applications
• Assessing and setting up sub-contractor applications and payments
• Managing risks and contractual changes
• Administering commercial and contractual aspects of projects providing KPI’s and financial reports.

The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will need:

• Previous experience working as a QS or Senior QS
• Experience of M&E works either on their own or as part of a project
• Good experience of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Strong CVR and cashflow management experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence
• Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects
