Quantity Surveyor – Façade Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of façade projects from pre-contract to final account.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports in collaboration with project and finance teams.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring value for money.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to assess risk, forecast costs, and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all commercial matters, supporting strong project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within façades or specialist subcontracting.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical and cost management skills, with a deep understanding of construction contracts (JCT/NEC).
• Software Proficiency: Confident user of Excel and industry-standard QS tools.
• Effective Communicator: Able to build trust with clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike.
