  • Strong background in Quantity Surveying including cost planning, cost management, and budgeting.
  • Experience working on high-end, high-spec residential construction projects.
  • Solid understanding of building methods, construction processes, and industry regulations.
  • Experience supporting or managing elements of project management and contract administration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and solve problems proactively.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
