A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded Construction Consultancy in Bristol.

Specialising in delivering high-quality residential schemes, this well-established practice works with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Developers across the city and surrounding areas.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take full responsibility for delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration duties on new build residential projects, managing schemes from inception to completion.

You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. With project work based in Bristol or within an hour's commute, you'll benefit from a strong local presence and reduced travel demands.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Proven experience delivering Employer's Agent / Contract Administration services for new build housing
  • Experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Private Developers
  • A base within Bristol or nearby, with willingness to travel locally for projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
