A healthcare services company is seeking a Wheelchair Operative to manage the refurbishment of wheelchairs and support service engineers. Candidates must have general and basic mechanical knowledge and be able to work independently as well as in a team. In this permanent position, you will adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring an efficient workflow within the workshop environment. The role offers a salary of £12.69 per hour and full-time hours in Surrey.
To enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required, by working as part of a team responsible for wheelchair refurbishment. To manage stock and equipment to a high standard and maximising availability of stock to support Service Engineers delivering ‘First Time Fixes’ wherever possible.

Prevention and Control of Infection: The prevention and control of infection is an integral part of the role of all Ross Care personnel. Staff members, will contribute to the prevention and control of infection through standard infection control practises and compliance with the Company infection control policy.
