Quality Inspector

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (flexible start / finish times available)

Salary : £28,000–£32,000

ReeVR are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our clients team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Quality Engineer, the Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all incoming goods and finished products meet required standards and comply with drawings and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Final Inspection
  • Incoming Goods Inspection
  • Verification of FAIRs / ISIRs
  • Manage non-conformance reporting and support Lean / 6S activity across the department.
  • Calibration processes
  • Maintain quality documentation
  • Work collaboratively with Quality, Purchasing and Materials teams.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Quality Inspector (essential)
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles (preferred)
  • Competent with measurement tools (vernier, gauges, multimeter, torque tools)
  • Understanding of GD&T (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

This Quality Inspector role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, experience using measurement tools, and solid communication skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office
