Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Previous inspection experience gained through machining or a dedicated quality/inspection role.
  • Confident in using precision measurement tools such as CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and surface‑roughness measuring instruments.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical working approach.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Inspect manufactured and purchased parts to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Calibrate and maintain in-house measuring equipment.
  • Perform first‑off and patrol inspections throughout production.
  • Complete inspections using process instructions, documentation, and standard procedures.
  • Support the Non‑Conformance Reporting (NCR) process and communicate quality issues to relevant teams.
