About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our Quality Team. This is an excellent opportunity to support IC24s Quality Improvement (QI) programme and contribute to meaningful change across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Quality Improvement, you’ll be an essential part of the QI programme, coordinating project activity, maintaining documentation, supporting colleagues with improvement tools and helping to ensure projects are delivered effectively. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation – including BI & Analytics, Communications, Locality Leaders and project workstream groups – supporting data collection, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This is a hands‑on, varied role where your communication skills, organisation and proactive approach will make a genuine difference to how we improve quality and patient safety. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting notes
  • Maintaining and updating QI tools, templates and documentation systems
  • Supporting project leads by monitoring project schedules, actions and progress
  • Logging evidence, benefits, outcomes and KPI information to track improvement activity
  • Assisting teams in using QI tools and methodologies, including the DMAIC process
  • Supporting data collection, including surveys, focus groups and baseline assessments
  • Helping analyse and present project data in a meaningful and clear way
  • Supporting the quality assurance of projects through audits, compliance checks and milestone tracking
  • Managing risk registers for the QI programme and individual project workstreams
  • Building effective working relationships across IC24 and supporting colleagues to engage with the IC24 Way
  • Supporting training delivery and contributing to QI learning materials
  • Supporting the wider Quality Team with additional responsibilities as required
About You

You’re organised, proactive and confident managing a variety of tasks at once. You enjoy working with people, supporting improvement and making sure systems run smoothly. You take pride in accuracy and have an excellent eye for detail.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
  • Skilled in using Word, Excel and standard office systems
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to produce clear, accurate and meaningful reports
  • Comfortable supporting data collection and basic analysis
  • Confident maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supportive, collaborative and able to build positive working relationships
  • Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise effectively
  • Flexible, adaptable and motivated by continuous improvement
  • Experience in quality improvement tools, risk management, audit processes or healthcare project support would be an advantage but is not essential.
