A healthcare organization is seeking a Quality Improvement Facilitator to enhance quality standards and patient safety. In this varied role, you will coordinate projects, maintain documentation, and support teams in using quality improvement tools. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. This position offers a salary between £31,000 and £34,000, with additional benefits like an NHS Pension and ongoing development opportunities.
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our Quality Team. This is an excellent opportunity to support IC24s Quality Improvement (QI) programme and contribute to meaningful change across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Quality Improvement, you’ll be an essential part of the QI programme, coordinating project activity, maintaining documentation, supporting colleagues with improvement tools and helping to ensure projects are delivered effectively. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation – including BI & Analytics, Communications, Locality Leaders and project workstream groups – supporting data collection, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This is a hands‑on, varied role where your communication skills, organisation and proactive approach will make a genuine difference to how we improve quality and patient safety. If you enjoy working collaboratively, supporting others and helping to drive positive change, this could be the perfect next step.
You’re organised, proactive and confident managing a variety of tasks at once. You enjoy working with people, supporting improvement and making sure systems run smoothly. You take pride in accuracy and have an excellent eye for detail.
