I'm working with a highways contractor who is looking to bring in a dedicated Handover / Quality Engineer to support the close‑out and handover phase of a major highways project in Northamptonshire, starting early 2026.

This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing quality documentation and as-built information on highways schemes.

The Role

• Redlining drawings and converting into as-built formats
• Closing out ITPs and ITCs using the Novade digital quality platform
• Completing as-built surveys of installed assets
• Producing as-built information using AutoCAD, Revit and Civils 3D
• Supporting the project team to achieve a compliant and timely handover

Essential Requirements

• Highways project experience (essential)
• Strong background in quality and handover engineering
• Experience working with digital quality systems, ideally Novade
• Competency in AutoCAD, Revit and Civils 3D
• Highways and earthworks experience essential
