Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a Quality Electrical Engineer on a 8 month minimum contract basis for its West Midlands site for an immediate start. The role comes with a day rate of £450.

Key Skills Required for the Quality Electrical Engineer Role

• Oversee and monitor Quality Plans of subcontractors and EPC
• Review and approve subcontractors Technical Procedures
• Oversee subcontractors ITPs
• Oversee subcontractors EC&I testing
• Complete Quality audits to subcontractors and supplier's installations
• Assemble electrical Final Quality Dossiers
• Detect, submit, and monitor non-conformities
• Liaise with Client Electrical Engineer
• Must have electrical engineering knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of DSEAR / ATEX compliance
• Ideally have experience in the Energy from Waste (EFW) new build sector or similar
