Quality Control Manager (Electronics)

£40,000 - £50,000 • Site based – commutable from Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas • Autonomy • On‑site parking • Company pension • Benefits • Holidays • Discretionary bonus

Key responsibilities

• Lead, govern and continually improve WJ UK’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure consistent implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across the business.
• Oversee product quality control, non‑conformance reporting and internal inspections.
• Lead quality technicians and ensure quality systems are adhered to across the manufacturing arm.
• Help oversee quality systems, operations and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality/Quality Control Manager.
• Electronic products/systems knowledge.
• Site based – commutable from Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas.
