Government Recruitment Service in Bristol is hiring a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial. You will deliver quality assurance across the DVSA vehicle testing scheme, coach and mentor staff, and analyse data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Experience in quality assurance processes.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure compliance with DVSA standards, policies and operating instructions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency and competency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs), providing technical assurance and recommendations to support service delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
