A leading quality assurance firm in Teesside seeks an experienced Quality Professional. The role ensures compliance with project quality requirements, conducts audits, manages non-conformances, and drives continuous improvement across EPCm projects. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of QA experience and a strong knowledge of relevant welding codes. Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ QA experience in EPCm environments.
  • Strong knowledge of pipelines and welding codes (BS 4515/API 1104).
  • Certified Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Review quality documentation, including ITPs and Quality Plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Review quality documentation, including ITPs and Quality Plans.
  • Lead root cause analysis and manage corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet quality expectations.
  • Prepare reports and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
  • HNC or equivalent in Technical/Quality Management.
  • 7+ years’ QA experience in EPCm environments.
  • Strong knowledge of pipelines, welding codes (BS 4515/API 1104), and ISO 9001.
  • Certified Lead Auditor with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting projects through mechanical completion to commissioning.
