- Maintain accurate quality records including test certificates, as-built data, inspection sheets, NCRs and photographic evidence.
- Support the development, review and updating of ITPs, checklists, NCRs and other quality documentation.
- Report and close out non-conformances, assisting with corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the preparation of handover documentation including commissioning records, assurance packs and O&M information.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, supervisors and the wider delivery team to quickly resolve technical or quality issues.
- Promote continuous improvement and contribute to lessons‑learned and quality reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in a QA / QC role within civils, utilities, water, or heavy infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, ITPs, inspections and NCR management.
- Excellent attention to detail and high‑level record‑keeping/document control abilities.
- Comfortable using digital documentation systems (e.g., CDEs) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a high‑density, complex urban environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support engineering and site teams.
- Proactive, organised and committed to a right‑first‑time approach.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Why This Role
- Opportunity to work on a large, technically challenging multi‑utility programme in central London.
- Long‑term contract with involvement across several phases of diversion and enabling works.
- Chance to influence quality systems and assurance processes on a complex project.
- Be part of a high‑performing team delivering critical infrastructure improvements.
