Quality Manager Opportunity – Food Manufacturing – Blackpool Area

I’m currently working with a leading food manufacturing business based in the Blackpool area that is going through an exciting period of growth. As part of their expansion, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to take full ownership of the site’s Quality function.

The Role

• Lead the site Quality team and ensure all products meet the highest food safety and compliance standards.
• Drive and maintain accreditations including BRC and customer audits.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to instill a culture of quality across the site.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across food safety, hygiene, and compliance.

• Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
• Monday – Friday working pattern

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience within food manufacturing (Quality Manager or senior quality leadership experience).
• Proven track record in leading audits and maintaining retailer/customer standards.
• A proactive leader who can influence, coach, and develop their team.
• HACCP and food safety knowledge essential.
