Qualifications

  • Experience in a quality role within a regulated, manufacturing or GMP-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage non-conformance investigations, complaints, and NCRs, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to HACCP, risk assessments and change control activities.
  • Create, maintain and update SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation.
  • Support internal audit programmes, site monitoring, and quarantine control.
