Job Title: QC Technician
Location: Caerphilly
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £12.60
Shifts: 7am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out regular checks on ingredients, production processes, and final products to ensure they meet the required quality and safety standards. You will work closely with production teams to identify and report any deviations from specifications.

  • Conduct quality inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Record, analyse, and maintain quality control data and documentation.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, report preparation, and coordinating schedules.
  • Support cross-department communication between production, quality, and management.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a quality control role essential.
  • Strong admin/sage experience
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working in a factory environment with varying temperatures
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
